Our return procedure aims to make your shopping experience smooth. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we act accordingly. If you are not completely satisfied with our products when you receive them, you have the option to return them.

- You can return the product you purchased in its original condition, undamaged and unused, within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date.

- If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. 

Before initiating the return process, we kindly request that you inform us via our email address or WhatsApp on our website. Returns will be made to the shipping company that delivered the product to you.

- Please open and inspect any packages you suspect have been damaged during delivery in front of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and have the shipping company prepare a damage report. Remember that by accepting the product, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duties.

- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

- In accordance with the Distance Selling Contracts Regulation, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

a. Contracts relating to goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is not under the seller's control.

b. Contracts relating to goods prepared according to the buyer's requests or personal needs.

c. Contracts relating to the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

d. Contracts relating to services that have begun to be performed with the buyer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

- You are obliged to return the product in the condition it was in at the time of delivery. If you return the product or exercise your right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded in a single payment within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.

- If you made the payment by credit card, we would like to emphasize that the average process for the amount refunded to your credit card by our bank to be reflected in your account may take 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks, and that the reflection of this amount in your accounts after our refund to the bank is entirely related to the bank's processing time. We are not responsible for any possible delays.
