MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

      Before using the products and services offered through www.efdaliatelier.com (“Website”), Member Users must accept this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement. The Terms of Use included in this Agreement also apply to other Users and Visitors who are not in Member status. The provisions of this Agreement will apply to your status as long as you visit, use, and benefit from the Website.

1. Usage and Security Rules

1.1 Member registration is free of charge. Unlike non-member Users, Members benefit from advantageous prices on products and services offered through the Website during certain periods.

1.2 Members, other Users, and Visitors are obliged to comply with the following rules while on the Website; otherwise, the Website management may prevent these individuals from using the address and may initiate legal proceedings against them.

1.2.a Sharing incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that are contrary to general moral principles, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey as comments (content) on the Site is prohibited.

1.2.b All rights to the design, functions, working principles, visual and written content of the Site belong to FULYA ÇOLAK AKARSU E-TİCARET İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LTD.ŞTİ., and cannot be copied or used, even partially, without permission from these individuals.

1.2.c. Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password information they set when creating their membership registration. The relevant Member User is directly responsible for any damage that may arise from sharing this information with third parties and organizations and allowing them to use it.

1.2.d Member Users and other Users should not use IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, and similar personal data belonging to others during the product purchase process. Otherwise, this may constitute "identity theft" and legal action may be initiated against you. Individuals acting in violation of this provision shall be deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities.

1.2.e It is prohibited to engage in actions that threaten the security of the Site, to prevent the operation of the functions on the Site, to use software, or to attempt to obtain information on the Site and its interface outside the control of the Site administration. Individuals acting in violation of this provision shall be deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities.

2. Responsibilities

2.1 Information of Site Visitors (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to make the Site's operation more efficient and to improve product/service quality. This information is shared with companies with whom we cooperate in digital advertising and marketing, in accordance with data protection legislation, in order to improve the Visitor and User experience.

2.2 Member Users who create a registration can start using the Site by entering their email address and password in accordance with this Agreement after filling in the necessary sections for registration and confirming their email address. 2.3 The User agrees to comply with all notices published on www.efdaliatelier.com while using the products and services on the Site. The User is solely responsible for all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities that may arise due to usage contrary to these notices and legislation.

2.4 If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement and the Notices published on the Site, the User's access to the Site may be blocked temporarily or permanently and/or their Member User registration may be terminated.

2.5 Member Users, other Users, and Visitors may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder each other's use of the Site, may not install automated programs to lock servers or databases, and may not attempt any fraudulent activities. In case of such actions, they accept all legal and criminal responsibility.

2.6 The User may not delete or remove any copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights related statements from any digital or printed material obtained through the Site.

2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the Member User through the Site. The membership of a User who terminates their membership will be terminated.

2.8 Different rules and obligations specific to certain areas of the Site may be announced. Individuals using these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as specified in Article 2.3 of this Agreement.

2.9 The personal data of Member Users, other Users, and Visitors are processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these individuals are required to read the "Disclosure Statement" located on the website.

2.10. Member Users and other Users are deemed to have accepted that the payment information (credit card, mobile phone number information, etc.) they use for purchases made through the Site is correct and that they are solely responsible for any legal and criminal liabilities arising from this information. Member Users consent to the use of the payment information they have registered in the member transaction area for subsequent purchases.

3. Notification Addresses

3.1 Site Member Users and other Users accept that the email address they have provided is their official correspondence and notification address, and that the necessary written address for subsequent correspondence may be requested and notified through this channel.
